+$69 per day to provide concierge-level planning

What’s included:

  • Everything included in the Customized Getaway Plan

  • On your behalf, we’ll also book your accommodations, activities, restaurant reservations, and more — you make your travel plans and the rest of your trip will be turnkey

  • Access to us via phone/text while you’re on your Getaway

How do our Customized Plans work?

You fill out a simple questionnaire that helps us learn more about your tastes, and your desires and goals for your trip. (Consultation fee due at this time.)

We meet with you virtually to discuss your questionnaire and learn more about you.

If you’ve booked a Consultation only, we’ll discuss ideas for your trip with you.

If you have purchased a Customized Plan, we’ll set the date of our next meeting and head off to create your Getaway.

At our second meeting, we provide you with 1-2 itineraries based on what we’ve learned about you - matching what we know about fabulous New York City with what we’ve learned about you and your vision of the perfect girlfriends’ weekend.

If you purchased the Customized Plan, at this point we’ll provide you with your Weekend Escape Plan, complete with the full itinerary, maps, packing tips, and more.

If you’ve purchased the Luxe Customized Plan, after you select your itinerary from the options and pay your deposit*, we book your hotel, tickets to your shows or outings, make meal reservations, and more, depending on what you’ve chosen - creating a completely turnkey trip customized just for you! You and your girlfriends book your own way to New York City; we take care of the rest.

*You’ll be expected to pay in full at least 30 days before arrival date.

We’ll present you with your Weekend Escape Plan, complete with the full itinerary, maps, on-the-ground tips, contact names, packing tips, and more.

Customized Getaways FAQs

  • Women (or anyone!) who want to go to New York City for a great weekend getaway but don’t have the expertise and/or time to research all the options, read the reviews, decide the potential itinerary, match it up to their calendar, book the accommodations and activities. Anyone who wants an expert to do all of that for them - taking the stress out of planning your perfect getaway.

  • No. You’ll be given a full Weekend Escape Plan with all the details you’ll need to execute your getaway trip. We’ll be available via phone and text for answering questions while you’re in NY. If you want more of a guided trip, book a spot or two on our Group Trips.

  • You’ll pay a non-refundable Consultation fee of $150 regardless of level of service chosen.

    If you’ve purchased the Customized Plan, you’ll pay in full to receive your itinerary.

    If you’ve purchased the Luxe Customized Plan, you’ll pay a $300 per person non-refundable deposit to hold your spots which will enable us to book your trip details. The total for your trip will be due in full at least 30 days before the first day of your Getaway.

  • It is best to begin planning at least 60 days in advance to increase the likelihood of your favored activities being available. 

    However, we can work with you to create a fabulous and memorable trip as close as 2 weeks from departure, as long as you’re flexible and realistic on the details. The good news is that NY is chock full of incredible things to do and eat, so even if your first choice of show or activity is sold out, you can still have an amazing time.

  • The number is up to you! We find that between 2-6 is the sweet spot. However, if you have something bigger in mind, we can accommodate a larger group, depending on availability for the hotel and activities.

    WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND BOOKING AT LEAST 90 DAYS IN ADVANCE for groups larger than six.

  • No. While we were founded in celebration of female friendships and our love for New York, we think going to New York with ANYONE you love is fabulous! Some of my (Kim’s) favorite memories are introducing my pre-teen son to the magic of Broadway and New York City.

  • If you’ve purchased the Luxe Customized Plan, and need to cancel, our cancellation deadline will generally be one month from the first day of your trip. We will communicate your date at the time you book your trip. Before that date, you have the option to cancel your trip for a full refund of what you’ve paid to date (minus the $300 per person non-refundable deposit).

    If you must cancel after the deadline, we do not guarantee a refund, but we will definitely work with you and do our best to refund as much as possible from the trip (e.g. some activities may be able to be refunded minus a fee, etc.).
